The new year has started out well. Maintenance se... The new year has started out well. Maintenance seems to be more responsive and accessible. Also, I've noticed the cleaning crew has been more attentive to all parts of the building.
The best part and person is Senior Concierge Henry... The best part and person is Senior Concierge Henry! His longevity and levity is comfort and joy!! The monthly community building events are so much fun and keeps us from living alone in this big old world!
Management is not great. Residents always have tro... Management is not great. Residents always have trouble locating packages and nothing is ever done about it. Also, there is no street parking, visitors must park in an expensive garage or metered parking miles away.

Top Apartment Community in SW The best apartment community in Southwest! Awesome place to call home and in a great location. The staff is incredible – from the General Manager, to the leasing office, concierge staff, and the maintenance team! I really can’t say enough good things about any of them. The concierge team (day and night staff) greet you daily anytime you walk in and out of the building.
