Verified Renter Overall the staff is amazing. Very kind neighbors. Property is surprisingly quiet for it to be located on one of the hotspots of DC. This is my first apartment, I’ve been here for 3 months and I’m very satisfied so far.

Verified Renter I'm new to the building, but so far, the experience has been terrific. From my interactions with the leasing agent (thanks Sam!) to the concierge desk, and the cleaning/maintenance staff, everyone has been really lovely. I have friendly neighbors, a beautiful view, wonderful neighborhood to walk through, with great restaurants, and a community with terrific amenities!

The new year has started out well. Maintenance se... The new year has started out well. Maintenance seems to be more responsive and accessible. Also, I've noticed the cleaning crew has been more attentive to all parts of the building.
The best part and person is Senior Concierge Henry... The best part and person is Senior Concierge Henry! His longevity and levity is comfort and joy!! The monthly community building events are so much fun and keeps us from living alone in this big old world!
Management is not great. Residents always have tro... Management is not great. Residents always have trouble locating packages and nothing is ever done about it. Also, there is no street parking, visitors must park in an expensive garage or metered parking miles away.
