There are a couple of people in the leasing office that could be friendlier but overall this is a great place to live. The building has good amenities and Henry's team put on lots of really fun community activities. One of my faves is film night (either in the library during the winter and then outdoors in the courtyard in summer). Location is good ,and very buzzy. Verified Renter Overall the experience is good because I love my neighbor and the wharf. There just always seems to be mechanical issues on the elevators and with the trash chutes, etc.

Awesome staff, great neighbors, fantastic places to eat and endless amount of fun & things to do!
