Verified Renter We absolutely love the Channel. It is the perfect location with amazing neighbors. It is a short walk to the metro. With that and the water taxi you can get anywhere.
Verified Renter Great location, especially in the summer. Unfortunately, the amenities aren't well maintained and management is highly restrictive about use of communal spaces. The complex is almost too pet friendly as residents will consistently leave pet waste in elevators, hallways and other areas without cleaning up after themselves.
