Verified Renter So far my time at the channel has been phenomenal. Amazing staff, beautiful amenities, and a fun community! The gym and pool are phenomenal, and the rooms are very reasonable for the rent paid. I never want to move again!

Verified Renter Concerned about reports from fellow residents about strangers being able to key in to their apartments. Elevators seem to have a lot of problems and are generally as slow as molases. Phenomenal observation deck and gym. Henry is a stellar chief concierge.

Verified Renter The location is just fabulous! It is such a great place to be, especially during the summer time. Unfortunately, the head concierge is very unreasonable to work with and constantly introducing new rules/restrictions on amenities making it hard to get the most out of the space.

Verified Renter Living at the wharf in the Channel apartments is like being in a movie. From my window, I can see boats coming and going. There's always something happening. Sometimes, we have barbecues with our neighbors. Living here can be tough when the weather is bad, but it's worth it for the beautiful views and the sense of community. Overall, living here is an experience like no other—a blend of serenity and adventure, where every day brings new wonders and discoveries.
