Nice Area & Apartment Nice views and nice apartment. I have been here for a few months now. Maintenance is great. They throw nice events for the residents. However, they have a roach infestation issue. I’ve been getting pest control treatments for months and the problem still persists. It doesn’t matter how clean your apartment is. It’s honestly annoying and embarrassing. The concierge's are very nice and helpful.

Channeling Great Vibes I’m going into my 5th year living at The Channel. I can easily see myself here another 5 years. If you enjoy vacationing, staycationing, exercising, partying or simply enjoying yourself in general. The Channel is the place to live. Everything you need is within a mile away. Resident From over 7 years living to 2026, at The Channel apartment, District Wharf Southwest DC. THE FIVE STARS: The management. Are excellent in service and care. THE EXCELLENT: The Bozzuto Listens. THE GOOD: Teams of leasing, maintenance, concierge, security, cleaning, and residents. THE BAD: The bullies and the toxic among "The Good" above.

I especially appreciate how clean the common areas are, and the location is fantastic. There's always room for small improvements, but overall, I'm very happy with my experience here!
