So much potential The Channel has great potential to be an exceptional place to live. Stellar views from the rooftop, top notch 24 hour concierge, great location, fantastic gym and the concrete build makes for quiet living. However, maintenance requests submitted on the app go completely unanswered. The amenities are generally run down, and the smell coming from the 5th floor is absolutely deplorable. The broken door to the trash room hasn’t been addressed in months and the carpet is filthy and holds on to the worst smells. ... read more
