Verified Renter The entire living experience is amazing. You have easy access to everything. As for the amenities I give a solid 9/10. I love the 24 hour gym, and swimming pool on the rooftop.

Verified Renter The Channel is a beautiful, yet overpriced, apartment building. The resident portal does not always work, and it seems as though the staff does not always know what they should be doing or how to help residents. That said, the units are well-kept and quiet, and the amenities are of high quality. So far, I would recommend The Channel, but think residents are charged more than the experience is worth.

Verified Renter This apartment is no doubt an amazing, luxurious apartment in a great location. It is kept well cleaned and maintained. However, we did have a few issues upon moving in where our unit was visibly not cleaned prior. There was dog food and dog hair all over our apartment and the walls were not painted. We filed many requests and management did offer us a few weeks prorated.
