Verified Renter Good amenities - dog park, garden beds, pool, grill, club room, library. Elevators and maintenance response overall need more work. West tower lobby constantly without ac, smelly, unlocked door. Safety continues to be a concern.

So much potential The Channel has great potential to be an exceptional place to live. Stellar views from the rooftop, top notch 24 hour concierge, great location, fantastic gym and the concrete build makes for quiet living. However, maintenance requests submitted on the app go completely unanswered. The amenities are generally run down, and the smell coming from the 5th floor is absolutely deplorable.
