Verified Renter No wiggle room for the move in date which was set in stone. Utilizing the loading dock was a pain with the anthem security but overall a good experience moving in.

Verified Renter Beautiful community and minutes away from Maryland and Virginia. Management is great and always available. Residents are nice and really friendly.
Verified Renter This location is exceptional, especially in the summer. However the building itself does not live up to expectations. Concierge staff are rarely at the "24 hour concierge" station, packages get lost, amenities are not maintained and finished within the apartment are cheap.

Verified Renter I moved in on September 15 and I love every bit of it. The channel is what you can call your home. Love how they have a lot of children events for the kids Henry and his team are the best hosting events.
Verified Renter I have loved living at the Channel! It’s a beautiful unit and the amenities are fantastic! Love that they have a dog park on the rooftop. Beautiful outdoor amenities and date night on the water front is always a blast.Wish parking was a little bit more convenient, but overall a 100% for me.

Verified Renter Location and amenities are great. Henry is wonderful. However, units are in constant need of repair and repair requests linger for weeks/months before being addressed.
