Food wasn't too bad but the service was slow, unfriendly staff, and the floors were the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant. Bathroom was nasty to. Will not be going back.
Very disappointed in their service today. Spent more than a half hour in their drive-thru lane. Not sure what's going on, but this is not the way to retain customers.
The food is just fine but I have serious issues with the service. You wait to be seated when there are plenty of empty tables, then there was at least a ten minute wait for our server to come take our drink and food orders. We were actually about to leave when she came to the table. And then the food came and it was not what we asked for, it was however what she put in so not the cooks fault.
Always a place I go to when in Charleston. The burgers needs to be bigger .
Food was good but service wasn't. Took forever to be seated because booths wasn't cleaned after the people left which took about 15 minutes to clean when we got there. Waitress was nice but not very attentive to us.
Food was delicious. Service was great! Not crowded.
Well we have been here over 30 mins for 4 milkshakes and still waiting! Why be open 24 hours if this this the service that you provide!
This is by far the worst Steak 'n Shake. Rude slow staff none have appropriate training. I always end up waiting forever for my food.
If I could go negative with the stars I would, this is the WORST Steak'N'Shake location I have ever been to. The waitress was uterally rude, she took our orders it took 15 minutes just to get our drinks. We get the food and MY and my friends order was wrong and she argued with me for 5 minutes saying that is what I ordered when I ordered mushroom and Swiss burger not a grilled cheese 🙄.
