Look at that plaque, and look at the reviews. Do you think you are going to have a “Exceptional Service” here? This place is a JOKE! You stand there to be sited for minutes. When you sit, you get your drinks ok fast but your shakes come late, and the food, forget it. Employees have long faces. They are slow. My husband and I literally got up and walked out. The first thing you notice is DIRTY everything is. The floors, tables, windows. I’m surprised DHEC hasn’t shut this place down.
Good diner-type food at a decent price. Our server was delightful, checked on us often, and brought refills without prompting. The lighting could use some attention as there were many bulbs out. We had an issue with a shake that was promptly resolved. The Cajun fries were disappointing - seemed like regular fries with just Cajun spices sprinkled on top after cooking - the spices really need to be part of the cooking process.
We didn't gt out shakes till we were finished with our food. We had to pick up our own napkins ans silverware. There looked to be sufficient employees, but no organization or direction.
What’s the point of having business hours when you can just close the lobby whenever? I love riding my motorcycle through the drive through and then eating my meal in the parking lot like a dog. All the while, people are inside enjoying their meal, even though the doors are locked.
Half of my group was done eating before my wife and my daughter got their plates. Never got refills on our drinks nor did our server come check on us. Written by my wife: Literally the worst service I've ever had! If it wasn't for the group we were with I wouldn't of paid for anything except my husband's food! I hope it's better next time!
Took 15 min and counting just to get drinks. 6 people working in back and only 2 out front.
Long wait for food. But it was delicious and our waitress was super pleasant. I got a milkshake and my husband had the garlic double burger...yum! With great fries! If you know ahead that you have a long wait it is worth it!
