I don’t know anyone who hates Steak n Shake but the service at this location was so unbelievably bad that it’s no surprise they closed. Everyone I dealt with at that place was trash. ✌️
very understaffed not clean waited 40 mins for food and decided to leave
This establishment has really gone down hill. It needs a good cleaning. The male cashier was very rude to the older lady who was checking out in front of us. Lots of employees standing around talking and not helping customers. Unfortunately, we will not return.
Very disappointed with the small burgers that are being served there. If Steak andShake has gone to these mini burgers, they should let people know. Oh well, it’s all about the bottom line.

service is nonexistent. I will not be going again.
I walked in and was asked if I knew what I wanted to drink. When I replied that I wanted a chocolate banana malt I was informed that there was no ice cream in the store. “We had a busy week, what can I say,” is how the manager on duty replied. Ice cream is the foundation of this restaurant and someone dropped the ball. Apparently the Franchisee doesn’t care either from the other reviews I read.
