Like everyone said food is good but customer sevice has gone bad at this location, and the eating area ventilation and beams are clotted with dust and dirt , vent looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and filter not changed in ages! I only noticed cause we had enough time waiting ... Servers did look tired and mad , walking around with a long face , I could say more but for the first in my life I didnt leave a tip , and I usually tip good , no service deserves no tip , we never got our bill so after waiting for so long ... read more

Not impressed with this place whatsoever. Always was told I have to try them they rate up there with Five Guys. They have a sign at the table that says made to order I told the waitress I want my medium and she said sorry they always cook them well done. Her idea of made-to-order was you order it and they make it that was her explanation. I'll stick to making my own burgers which doesn't compare to what they make.
Ive always seen this shake place..in Pasadena ...Texas...so i was at this location last night..on vacation...so i order a shake ....so it came with no cherry...sad..very sad...they charged us two taxes on one one receipt that was strange so our total was $17 and they didn't even charge me for the shake with no cherry never will go back...and my shakes wasnt the flavor..i wanted...messed up....
Ordered a PB cup milkshake and got a vanilla milkshake (I assume?..had no flavor. Tasted like water) with a small Pb cup crumbled on top. I don’t think that’s what I paid for. Won’t be returning.
Well.... dirty...dirty...dirty. new management is needed. Close the store for thee days. Clean it...clean it again...The health Department needs to shut this place down.
Thank you #steaknshake @Tanger Outlet Blvd for making sure I never waste time at your establishment again. 27 minutes before drinks can even be brought to table? Place is trashed, either not enough staff or perhaps it’s willing employees. The gentleman who waited on us had to double up because no one would even take a drink order. Burgers are cold. I know it’s lunch hour but that doesn’t excuse this level of ineptitude.
