Service was great, food tasted great.Im sure we will be back again
2nd visit here. Loved Steak and Shake in my hometown. First time here waitress told me they were "to busy to get my order" after I had been there 15 minutes, so I left. Tonight, server acted annoyed we walked in the door, served us cold greasy fries and the double pattymelt was only ONE Patty which Manager argued with me about , then stomped off to recook it and rolled his eyes. We stomped out the door too as we flounced. From other reviews, this is normal.
The men's restroom was obnoxious. It had not been cleaned. The handicap stall was horrible.
40 minutes for 3 sliders...... You can pick any place blindfolded and get better service!
The service was slow at first, but apparently they had a limited number of servers. Once our order was taken our waitress was on the ball!! She was super nice and checked on us often. Our food was delicious!
Great place to eat, would recommend eating there if you are I Charleston
Terrible. The waitress tried to remedy everything that went wrong, but we wouldn't go back even if they were giving food away. But, we made a family night of it. All smiles.
