Way understaffed, not clean at all, but food was good as usual.
Honestly the food was fine and it's not my complaint. My biggest complaint is that the waitress I had was horrible. She took our orders and then the next I saw her she delivered our food by slamming them on the table and then preceded to not so gently hand me my plate ( which was hit btw) and when i realized that I took my hand off when it fell all over me. This place advertises that they're open 24 hours, but about 40% of the time if you come after midnight the door is simply locked or they have a handwritten sign taped to the door that says they're closed for cleaning or some other excuse. They advertise half price shakes between 2:00 and 5:00, both am and pm, but the management here dodges that by deciding that's the optimum time to shut down their shake machine for cleaning. I feel I'm being generous to this place by rating them a two.
Don't know whether it was good or not after waiting over an hour we never even got a drink so we walked out!!!!!!
Shakes are mostly fluff and little ice cream ! Burgers were ok.
Worse burger ever! It tasted like shoe leather, even though I have never actually tasted shoe leather! Fries cold! And I love steak and shake! Never again here!!
