This was my first time coming here today and I will never come back again.
Very disappointed Burgers were crappy, the patties were the size of the sliders when they were reg sized burgers. Mine had bread stuck on it as if it had been pulled off another bun
Came to the "best" steak and shake. Took 10 minutes to get greeted. Then when we told the person to seat us before we could say a would, " it's gonna be a while is how we were greeted. That was a great experience.
Wow I can't believe some of these reviews. We have been there twice in the last three weeks and both times were great! Seated fast, great friendly service and good food. We are definitely fans and will go back often.
Original from OH and love Steak 'n Shake but this location does not live up to any that I know. The service is bad and has been since it opened. They got rid of the cottage cheese because they kept getting things in it. They are known for Steak 'n Shake but if you want one it will take you at least 20mins to get one. Will no longer come to this location. Shouldn't have to go through the drive-thru to get service after beginning sat at a table and wanted for 10mins and never a knowledged.
I miss my sea salt and cracked pepper fries, but I was able make my own with the table seasonings. As usual, though, everything was delicious! We cleaned our plates!
Food was good, getting seated and service was slow. Family before us walked out.
