Might be the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. The lowest quality food I have ever tried. Wendy's is gourmet compared to this dump.

By far the worst experience ever at steak and shake. Night shift didn't perform the way they should, there was only 2 other tables. As soon as we got there, the 1st thing our waitress said was she was tired and ready to go home. As soon as we sat down we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Perfect always. Everything is tasty and anyone that thinks otherwise is just expecting too much white glove treatment
The floors are greasy, bathroom is disgusting. Plenty of tables but no service, hostess section is empty while Workers stare at waiting parties. One group mentioned it took 20 minutes to get drinks and never even got silverware. Loved this place when it first opened but will not be back
We had the worst service ever, our waitress took for ever to even get our drink order. When we were all done with our over cooked burgers that were also paper thin and had no flavor we were going to order shakes but our waitress never came back. We got up to pay and we were asked about ordering our shakes but who wants to wait 30 minutes for a shake to be made, not me!
I can't say if I liked it or not. Never got seated so me and my girls left and went to Zaxbys for a great meal.
