When it first opened was great but now food comes out when the employees feel like it, and IT still came out messed up..... Very disappointed
It was okay, food was okay. The only thing, was the waitress. She didn't come over and ask if we wanted refills on drinks. She came over when food was delivered, and also handed us the check then. She never came back over to check on drinks or how the food was.
We were told we would have to wait a long time when there were empty tables. Very poor service to customers!!!
So I ordered there foitlong hot dog right with chilli right? I got a foot long with all beans when I commented to the waiter about it they told me this was there chillin? Really an all bean hotdogs? I have pictures to prove what they advertised vs what I was served. My server was the only highlight of the whole event atleast she was wonderful!
The service here sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I have been sitting at the counter for at least 10 minutes and NOONE has said a word to me. I really like Steak N Shake but this is ridiculous. People who came in after me are getting served before me.
Worst customer service I have ever had. Waited to be seated and the staff was more than capable of seating patrons instead one was shoving food in her face the one that spoke to us delivered food then gave the nastiest look at us then kept walking to the back of the restaurant. The restaurant was not busy by any means and there was absolutely no reason for the lack of respect to future paying customers. 20 minutes in the drive through already and still haven't received the shake I ordered. I only ordered a shake. This steak and shake is always slow. It's been almost a year since the last time I have been here. Now I remember why.
I love SnS as a chain and was thrilled when we finally got one here. However, it's just been one disappointment after another every time we give the place another chance. Today was the last of those chances - from now on if I want SnS, it'll be while traveling. We went here for my daughter's birthday lunch. My burger was cold and lumpy; the meat broke apart in big unappetizing hunks. My husband's burger was a bit undercooked and also lumpy and falling apart. IF IT WOULD LET ME RATE LOWER I WOULD!!! Absolute worst dining experience of my entire adult life! Took forever to get acknowledged, water, order, food and a napkin...... Observed two tables walk out during this time, I should have took the hint. Observed a male waiter dancing around like a fairy and ignoring everyone while he bragged about it being his last night. Saw three waitresses walk in toward the end of all this and a big argument erupted about them all leaving to go to Walmart to get sugar and not telling anyone. Me... read more
