This is the first time I have ever sat in the drive thru Line for 30 mins and still haven't gotten my food there are so many people and not a damn one making sure that we are taken care of and rude ass attitude I'm not happy at all and I have two kids in the car and both cranky
This has been the first review I have left for a restaurant that's negative because I feel like this needs to be addressed. Went inside a pretty much empty restaurant and waited 10 minutes and no one even took our drink order yet. I don't mind waiting, the problem is two servers around us were moping and at least ten employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing. I just sat in the drive thru with ONE person in front of me for 25 min to get a HALF full french fry. What a joke.
Service is freakin aweful and the food is crappy. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when I got home there was just a bun and patty and they over seasoned my fries. I will never eat there again.
Sitting in parking lot looking at this poor excuse of a burger . Thin and burnt 7 bucks for this..never again.. And the guy messing with the food has long dreads dangling in the food...yuk
The sign says 24hrs but there is 2 employees sitting in there on their phones with the doors locked. Great way to do business!
The service was horrible. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting for a waitress after we were seated. Everyone that came in after us was waited on while we just sat there. We ended up walking out. My expectations were high as I had heard good things about the food. Needless to say this experience left a bad taste in our mouths.
This place has a nice environment but we didn't get drinks refilled at all. Chili was watery. Fries were cold. Food wasn't mad right. We sat for like 45 mins before food came out. The server only came over twice.
