Steak & Shake in STL on Page & Woodson has horrible service... First it took 10 min. to get waited on because the waitresses were playing with each other... then a young man walks in to work and all the attention left the customers and went straight to him... I ordered a burger and cup of chili, that's exactly what I got... that's all I got... no napkins, no spoon for the chili and no crackers... so many people are complaining about the service I know that place won't last long!!!! I for one will never go back!
