Awful!! Waited 20 minutes for a burnt crap burger with no condiments, nothing!! I wouldn't feed it to my dogs!! The others I've been to have been good but this one is awful!! Waste of money and time.
The host talked very soft and when he called your name, you could not hear him. Several patrons lost their seating. After we got seated we waited over 15 minutes for menus then my daughter had to go get them. On top of that our waitress kept getting our order wrong, when our food finally arrived my daughters burger was very cold and the cheese wasn't even melted (suppose to be a patty melt). Horrible service. Will not be back! Were told a 5 minute wait and then had other parties seated before us. Had to ask the host for a server. Never received milkshakes during entire meal. Very disappointed.
Won't be back! Had to seat myself was never spoken to by anyone, they were busy "chatting" in the back.
I'm from Bloomington-Normal Ilinois, so imagine how happy I was when there was finally going to be a Steak 'n Shake in Charleston. The food and shakes are just how I remember them....but the drive thru window is a disgrace....I currently have been sitting in line for 30 mins (there were 3 cars ahead of me when I got in line to order) for a milkshake. I've never had quick service going through the drive-thru and that's why I use it! Please get it figured out!
Excellent service, great food, and what? A great price? WOW. How did I not check you all out sooner? Oh, and the milkshakes are REAL with those little frozen bits inside. A new regular customer!
The wait in the drive thru is worth it because it's cooked fresh I am sure. I had the Philly Steak Cheeseburger and it was wonderful!
Great food!!! But wasnt impressed by the milkshake. Was very watery n icey, you think of a shake being smooth n creamy. Definately not in their case.
Waited 30 MINUTES in the drive thru for them to get my order wrong. I'll never go there again. I don't care if the food is good or not. "Worth the wait" absolutely not!
