Worst service I've ever had in my life the server NEVER smiled. When she placed my dinner on the table she didn't say here you go enjoy or even address me. I had requested that pickles be on the sandwich so when she brought that out just sat them down never said anything. She seemed more concerned about filling the napkin holders and sugar up. Of course not a single refill and yes I said you act like you have a COB up your ass. I guess the truth hurts

The customer service is horrible!!!! Nothing about my order was correct. I ordered a # 5 with onion rings instead of fries & a Hi-C fruit punch no ice. My burger had no onions & looked like it was cooked earlier in the evening, my onion rings was half full & my drink had ice. So I pulled around & went inside the Manager on duty ask me what was the problem. He accused me of eating the onion rings & his entire disposition was incorrect. I will not be going back here again. Horrible service. Server and person at register had no idea what they were doing. Glad all we got was a milkshake. I'll never go back.
Love the atmosphere! The milkshakes are the best.... it stays very busy so plan to wait a little while, but it's totally worth it!
How can you refuse someone that is there to restore power from a storm? Seriously how crappie are ya'll? If it was me I would leave and would turn no power on for you rude idiots.
The only reason this store is getting 1 star is because you have to rate to comment. After seeing what this company did by refusing the linemen food today is the most UNAMERICAN act I've ever heard of. It must be nice to be able to go home and eat with your family at night using the ELECTRICITY that they keep you with! If it wasn't for the LINEMEN then you wouldn't be at work or enjoying your family meals. You will never get our business again and the word is spreading fast! Pure laziness at its finest!
My husband is a lineman who has worked over a hundred hours away from home since Friday. All he wanted was food and was told you were closed and refused service. After all these men have been through and spend at that facility you are pathetic. I will be spreading the word through the community. They can't get home cooked meals let alone sleep and this is how he was treated not cool at all. I will make sure everyone heard how these lineman were treated.
