Will for one the service sucked I sat there with no drink for awhile then the milk shakes didn't get put in when we told the server she got mad when the manager was standing right there and the manager told her to go do something then one of the servers dropped water and limons on the floor and left the stuff on the floor and then it has been 25 mins to get a milk shake then as we where walking out the manager got a problem laughing when we walked a way and said have a nice day and I said to him you to and learn how to manag... read more
I love this place! Just be careful about letting some servers avoid you. Food was good as usual but our server kept dodging us, therefore our milkshakes were half melted by the time she brought them to us
Just left this location, and judging by my experience and all the other negative reviews on here, corporate needs to look into this place. While our server was fine, the food looks like a small child just threw it together and the entire restaurant is filthy. The staff all move like they have nothing to do and that it's just killing them that they have customers to serve. The chilli was nasty the fries had a weird taste and my sweet tea was not sweet at all and it had a dirty taste to it. My first and my last time going there.
The burgers were awesome and a decent price I recommend it
Love their burgers, especially the buttery ones. I love the Bacon Steak Burger. Any Burger they have is great. The Shakes are to die for, literally. :-)
Slow bad customer service. Both in the drive thru and inside
The service is horrible i waited a whole hour just to get my food....and still never got it. Other customers where leaving and I also left myself. This restaurant is way to slow.
Took 15 mins., to be waited on after we were seated. Server was upset that we were seated in her section as she had to leave to pick up her children. She was rude to the hostess who seated us for seating us in her section.
