My favorite Steak and Shake ...Service was Awesome...Western BBQ Burger was superb
Called ahead to see how busy they were. I was told no wait. Got there and had to wait close to 10 minutes with only 2 groups ahead of us. 3 and 5 people. Got to table and waited over 5 more minutes for a server. Food came quickly. As did the check. Took 10 minutes before we flagged down the waitress again because we wanted ice cream. Food wasn't good enough for the wait.....
Employees were playing & our food was cold. Never got our drinks refilled.
I was impressed on what we had ordered and didn't expect a foot long hotdog. It was so good and our server was awesome, and don't remember her name.
