Just went through drive through man tells us stake machine is closed! It’s 9pm we asked why and he says they have a big order of 15 shakes and can not serve us shakes. We asked asked his name and for a manger man refuses to answer at drive through window. Terrible consumer service. We were going to go in but decided not to spend our money there.
Tried to go there for lunch at 4pm today and was told they were closed even though the hours are clearly on the page to close at 12am. Doors were locked. Unprofessional. Burger King was better anyway.

Lack of professionalism/time management, poor attitudes, lack of multi-tasking for simple business operations.
Closed an hour before the hours stated. Don’t post hours if you aren’t going to adhere to them.
The waitress forgot to put in my 4 year old grandson order in and my husband Oder came back all wrong and cold. And went to pay there was food all on the floor and behind the counter looked at hot mess, of I would have seen behind the counter first I would had not ordered there and took them somewhere else.
The worst service I have ever gotten. If I could give it zero stars I would. Took at least 10 minutes to seat us. Then another 20 minutes before someone even took our order. While waiting about 5-10 people came in and never got sat so they left. Our waitress took 10 minutes to place our order while on her cellphone. Our party left because of the lack of service. Others waited over 30 minutes and they were before us and they only got their drinks! Never going back!
15 minutes to get seated, numerous employees walked past us and didn't acknowledge us until we had been sitting at least 20-30 minutes. Finally they took our order but the sweet tea was sour, told an employee so they offered unsweet...ummm excuse me that's not what we asked for. No I want sweet tea, their response with attitude "I will have to make more". Lose the attitude because you just lost 4 customers and we stopped 2 more from coming in.
