After waiting over an hour for three burgers and an order of fries, we decided just to leave. This was after we were told about 45 min into our wait that they were out of the food to make the burgers we originally ordered. Our server seemed to be doing the majority of the work, although at least 3 other employees were present. We will not be going back.
My fiance and I normally have a tradition of stopping in this location after we go to performing arts center to watch a show to get food and milkshakes. Tonight when we stopped by the location we were greeted by handwritten signs posted all over the building saying that this location was only doing carryout orders; these sign didn't look like they would be corporate approve. But the part that was the most frustrating part of all of this was watching a lot of the staff sitting down by counters hanging out.
waitress was horrible we ordered milkshakes first because I had promised my 3 year old all day a treat she comes back and asks if we're ready to order my fiance wasn't gonna order food but we were so he says I'm not getting anything I go to start saying our order and she blurts out great I'll be back. really!? 10 minutes past we don't have our milkshakes they aren't busy I flag her down to order she doesn't even acknowledge me. another server brings out our milkshakes she still doesn't acknowledge us we get so mad and tired ... read more
be aware, a gentleman who works at this location was following my family and i around the outlet mall just across the street taking pictures of us while we shopped. theres no telling what he dpes while hes at work.

Mold on the ceiling, the bathroom had no tp and was dirty and disgusting. The curtains have dirt/dust/mold. Took 15 mins to get a box they kept forgetting and there was no one in there. Food left on the table from the time we got there until we left. Horrible!!!!!
Unprofessional and just garbage.
This place needs to be shut down!!!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN!!!!
Worst ever. Racist and discrimination against children with disabilities. Do not eat here. We never will again.
