Had to wait to be seated, every table was nasty, floor nasty, food burnt and the commode was stopped up. Wasnt even any soap to wash your hands. The employees uniforms were dirty. One person taking orders, one person cooking while others stood around doing nothing. A meat patty under a table looked like it had been there a week. I will be making a call to DHEC.
Wow, after reading some of the reviews, We must have been in the wrong place, they staff was extremely friendly, even cleaning a booth for us , quickly, wait time wasn’t long and the food was good! We will return to this spot when shopping at the mall! Thank You
Our order got lost. Waitress did her best for keeping us informed and finally the cook came out and tried to explain the long delay. The burgers were as delicious as ever once we got them.
Slow as hell! Takes about 45 minutes in the drive through ridiculous!!!
Horrible service. Waited at the door for 20 minutes before getting greeted. The line is out the door and no one has even been acknowledged. Do better y’all.
worst service in the world!! Took a while to get seated so we sat ourselves. The waitress finally sat two other parties, gave only one party menus, and then came to us, while having an attitude, to ask "who sat y'all?" I was kind of hoping she would say "sorry tmfor the delay, but I will be right with you guys." The best part was the other parties got served before us.
