Waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes is not a mark of good service. My milkshake was halfway melted by the time it was my "turn" to pick up and pay.
Don't go here unless you're prepared to wait an hour for food you'll never get and rude service! No one cared that we even had an issue!
Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through for our order, which was missing part of the order. Walked in to get it corrected and waited another 20 minutes for the missing Burger and fries. The people that ordered in front of me got their food about 10 minutes after the ordered, and were apologized to for having to wait because there was only 1 person on the grill. The girl at the drive-thru was very nice. However the fries were barely warm and the taste was greasy and disgusting because the oil needed changed. Ugh. What a waste. As a side note the last time I ate inside I was seated near the back. The employees are more interested in talking to each other than waiting on the customers and they were LOUD. Yelling back and forth. I think this will be my last time. I don't eat out often and I want to enjoy it. That is not possible at this location.
This place has gone down hill. We stood at the front no one greeted us so after we stood there we just seated ourselves at the bar top. We sat there and still no one acknowledge us so we got up and left. This happen just now. Thank God for Five Guys right around the corner!!!
The food was really good but it looks like they went to the worst parts of town to find employees they're ghetto unprofessional and rude. I parked to eat lunch today after going through the drive through and I witnessed what seemed to be domestic dispute between 2 employees they were cussing and carrying on causing a scene. It was like an episode of Jerry Springer. Do us all a favor fire your staff and hire a staff more like chik fil A's staff.
The food is good and the people who works there are polite and the servers are great making sure you have what you need
You sit in the drive thru 5 minutes for them to take your order. Sit another 10 behind the 1 car in front of you. Finally pay and still takes another 10 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 fries. These are the idiots wanting 15 bucks an hour. Pathetic. Also food was cold and half ass thrown together.
