Fast service, good waiting times, and great food. I will go here again when I visit South Carolina again.
Normally a good experience, but we had a horrible server tonight. Drinks didnt get refilled until asking a second time, shakes sat on the counter our entire meal so they naturally melted before he served them. When we asked about our shakes the server apologized for the shakes being slow to be made even though we could see them sitting on the bar for 10 minutes or more prior to asking. Writing this in parking lot. Walked in and waited by the please wait to be seated sign for 5-10 minutes, didn't even get acknowledged by the 3 wait staff whom passed us multiple times, walked out.
For the past few months the service has been horrible. From empty drinks and cluttered table from plates that we've finished. 2 of the 3 servers were not even nice. I was only about to speak with a manager once, and got the same under staffed story that is the answer to all the complaints. I would love to keep eating there (love the milkshakes) but the poor service will keep me away.
Very slow!! Every time I have been here, the service has been very slow. I keep giving the benefit of the doubt thinking perhaps I have come at the wrong time. Sorry, that's not it. There is no "right time" to eat here, it's always slow.
I've been a couple of times now, pretty much for all meals at one point or another and I've always had pretty decent service. The food is always great and the milkshakes are wonderful. I've never had to ask for a refill or had a complaint.
Amazing service, great food and our family of 5 ate for $16! We will definitely be coming for lunch on the weekend more often!!!

Went to this place for the first time today. Perhaps 11am is the disorganized time of day, but there were lots of employees and not much work happening. The grill was unmanned, so the manager had to start my hamburger. He didn't bother with gloves when he cooked mine, but put them on when they got busy. The other cook had gloves on, but was seriously in need of a hairnet. The dreadlocks were hanging in her face while she worked the grill.
