My first visit I really thought he would be able to help me but it didn’t so my second visit I was disappointed he said there is nothing he can do it’s up to me to help myself I just felt like today he wasn’t sincere and didn’t really care and it’s all about the money.
The patient intake process went smoothly and quickly, and my waiting time was very brief. The x-ray imaging process also went quickly and smoothly, and Dr. Smalley met with me immediately thereafter to review the results. Dr. Smalley also explained the contemplated surgery very well and answered all the questions I had. For a first visit prior to surgery it was very satisfactory.
My first visit and really liked him. Very knowledgeable.
I hurt my knee Friday morning and they were able to worked me in that morning. I had x rays done prior to being seen which speed up the entire process. There were 2 different treatment options and the decision was left to me. Dr. Smalley was very personable.
I had an appointment for shoulder pain. I was taken in before my appt time. I waited maybe 10 minutes for Dr. Smalley to come in and talk with me. He answered all my questions and made a plan to help alleviate my pain. Staff and Dr. Smalley were very nice, helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Smalley is the best Orthopedic surgeon in the area. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand the issue.
Dr. Smalley has seen me very promptly on my visits. He takes the time to discuss the problem and offers various options for treatment. He is gentle, kind, and thorough. I am very pleased with his treatment of my issues!
Staff friendly and efficient. I am also in the medical profession and have high expectations of other providers. However I didn’t share my profession with him or his staff. He’s professional, to the point and offered several treatment options. One being an injection awaiting MRI…my shoulder already feels better. Love this Ortho group and happy to add him high on my list of favorites now.
From registering at the front desk to the exam with Dr. Smalley, I was impressed. Treated with kindness by all, everyone was efficient as well as professional.
