Doctor Ballard is not only a professional doctor but a very caring individual as well. He relieved my fears and I am looking forward to getting my knees replaced so I can get back to normal again!
I have been Dr. Smith for about 10 years. There is no one else I would see for hand issues. He will explain your condition and options to where it is easy to understand. One of the things I like most is he will bring a pamphlet on your condition and go over it with you. The visual is so useful for understanding what is going on with your condition. Dr Ballard did both my knees one year apart and he did an awesome job each time. recommend In addition to his vast experience, he is very kind and professional in every way. I highly recommend Dr Ballard in every way.! He is the best!
From the time I arrived and signed in, it was probably 10 minutes or less until I met with Dr. Smalley (this included meeting with the nurse and updating my information). This was a second visit and Dr. Smalley went over my previous visit and explained my options to me regarding my knee. He also answered all my questions and made sure I understood my options. He was never in a rush. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smalley if you have any orthopedic issues.
