Very clean and a variety of restaurants especially for the price. Would highly recommend.
The fridge in our room smelled extremely bad!! Stains on the walls behind the lamp near bed, stains on the bottom of the sheets. Brought the kids swimming vest and swimsuit just to find out that the pool was closed.
Beautiful hotel, excellent services. Friendly staff. Very clean. Will definately stay there again
I was charged for using the bottled water & coffee packets in the room. Are you kidding??!!!!!!!! That is complimentary in every other hotel. Sad thing is I didn't find out until after my stay & a $17 charge. I will NEVER stay at another Sheraton!
My Husband and I had the best trip, when we got to our room we noticed a leak in the ceiling the maintenance man came up right away. Within 5 min we where moved to another room and given club access for the inconvenience. The hotel staff was friendly rooms where beautiful, within walking distance from the falls. Will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels close to the Niagara falls. Great service and very friendly staff . The room was nice and very clean . We enjoyed a lot our stay there.
Went there for valentines weekend last year at the spur if the moment...had a hockey tournament going on and the staff was still more than helpful with us getting a room and deciding to stay another night at the last minute. The Rain Forrest cafe was awesome as well... Planning on going back this year!
Very helpful and friendly service. Excellent location to see the falls and the rooms are very well equipped.
