The hotel was conveniently located to the falls (10 minute walk). The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. It was right across the street from the casino as well which we took apart in. Our room was very outstanding from the very comfortable bed to the great view of the fireworks that were happening on Niagara falls. The staff were very welcoming and had smiles on their faces as soon as you walked through the door. I was very unpleasant with staying at Sheraton at The Falls Hotel, Niagara Falls, NY. I was traveling with my parents to celebrate my graduation. We had stayed there from May 26th to 29th. After staying the first night, I found my parents were bitten by bugs, which obviously happened due to the bed because my parents slept on the bed and I slept on the extra bed. Of course I was fine. I called the manager but she asserted that my parents must be bitten by bugs outside, not from the hotel room because nothing was seen on the ... read more
Pool was under renovation , along with some other parts of the hotel , but no major complaints which is always a plus . Family suite was nice and the coupons with the groupon package made the price worth it .
Great experience! Fast and courteous staff. Requested a quiet room, quietest hotel stay I've ever experienced. My preferred member status got us access to the club room. Free breakfast, unlimited access to snacks and drinks (free), and happy hour 5-7 with a nice spread of appetizers and free wine and beer.
The absolute best hotel I've ever stayed in throughout my life. The staff, the comfort, the atmosphere is exceptional! My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here and loved every minute. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
Love it, love it. Been there a few times. There's a deal going on now. Seems there always is. Check it out. Especially the Girlfriend package.
Had a horrible night of no sleep with partying folks next door. The walls are thin. I made several phone calls to the front desk & nothing was done. Then I get home and they have charged my card extra money for no reason. I call to find out whats going on and getting no answers. Will never stay there again!
The rooms were nice. My daughter and I stayed there. But the evacuation at 230 in the morning outside into some very cold temperatures was not. This happened this past Saturday the 2nd of January. Never did find out what had happened. And I'm sure it was for our safety. I think a percentage off our room would have been nice. Defiantly unable to sleep after that.
We enjoyed our stay! The room was great (most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on). We got a great deal on groupon for the room and the groupon also included food & drink vouchers for Rainforest Cafe & TGI Fridays and oh yes, wine tasting at pretty much any of the wineries in the area ( A Gust of Sun is the closest and had the best reviews).
