Our room is spacious and the beds are so comfy , the hotel is in an awesome location , l feel when asking what is he best thing to do and how to get there and things of interest some of the staff could be more informative. I feel like they have no idea on what's going on around there area and in a very huge tourist area they should know everything that is going on .
Service is always amazing, love how the hotel adds something new everytime I visit (pool).
Such a wonderful experience! Great service and the rooms were clean and comfy! Love it here and I can't wait to come back.

awful customer service? Katie I'd guess it because you didnt get your own way, and reacted hostile. I see this when i travel, but if you were killed in a Fire like the Ware house your family would be right there suing, and calling the clerk out. Grow up and get another room
Just had my 40th Birthday party there. Staff and food was fantastic. I would highly recommend booking party there. Also there new pool room is best I ever seen in a hotel!!
Never have I had a worse experience at a hotel before. We booked a for a night away and booked a room we thought for 5 people. When we checked in we had a room w two beds and were told that we could not have a roll away bed because of fire hazards and that one of us would have to sleep on the floor and that we would be given extra blankets and pillows. I just stayed here last night for my 21st birthday and let me tell you my stay was great! At check in the girl was really nice and friendly! I went to my room and went out for a coffee and came back and there was a bottle of wine and some really good cheesecake, such a pleasant surprise. It meant a lot the staff goes out of the way to do something special like that Thanks everyone I'll definitely be back!!!
It was our first visit and we loved it! Can't wait to come again.
