Got say we were quiet surprised. To the check in to the check out To water park and beyond. Everyone was so helpful when asked if we could check out hr later as waterpark was closing in aft for bit and we didnt want take time to check out and they said yes! The bathroom even had door holder and when done she went in and cleaned it. And to be able to do so muchand go so many places without going outside was so cool. This is really horrible to have sharks and rays in a fishbowl with no interaction of any kind with their natural environment! You should be ashamed to use animals just for decoration and entertainment!
I am French and when I see that you indulge in animal maltreatment to decorate your hotel, it shocks me beyond words. Be certain that I will talk about your revolting processes around me ! :(
OMG, Please don't give this place your custom! They abuse animals, they keep them in tiny unnatural environments, so cruel! SHAMEFUL!!
What is the point of that pathetic salt water aquarium with the sharks and rays? It has NOTHING do with the location of the hotel and is a needless display only placing the animals inside under unnecessary distress and leading to their early death. It's neither interesting nor educational. Put the animals back in the ocean.
HORRIFIC ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!!! It is bad enough to take wildlife out of their natural habitat and exploit them for decoration and archaic entertainment which already causes tremendous distress (to say the least) to these animals (as well as damage to the ocean by taking and/or encouraging the practice of taking animals out of the ocean) which is why fish and other animals in aquariums are often literally put on antidepressants and show very unusual and unhealthy behavior. The hotel was nice, the rooms clean, the staff very friendly, but, I too was sad to see the sharks and sting rays swimming circles in a large fish bowl. What an existence for these creatures. You have to do something. We won't be staying at your hotel or any Sheraton again for this reason only.
The staff has been incredible, our room felt like home and our adventure was allowed to continue!! Thank you for the memories!! #GodsGotThis
For the price it was great if I cld get that rate that I got I wld stay there all time ... it wld be nice since I travel so much
