Conveniently located and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
I think it's a great place it's food option and their spirit it's the most important value for our experience.
We had a very awesome time. My daughter loved it all. Staff was very friendly too. Definitely will be back

I had fun I loved the aquarium in the pool area, the kids really loved it. The room was even better, also the employees we're amazing!
Lovely hotel which is very central to everything, very friendly staff especially Anna who treated my husband and I to Champers and chocolate strawberry's for our Anniversary extra special touch we thought. Defiantly would recommend this hotel and will be back
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was comfy, and I liked the food options within the hotel. However, our room was on the 2nd floor directly over the Rainforest Cafe and we were subject to the sound of thunderstorms and roaring past midnight (well past closing time). There's also a live band playing on the street until about 9PM. Thankfully the kids were so exhausted from site seeing, the noise didn't keep them awake (but I was). Will request a higher floor or a quiet room next time.
The hotel itself was very nice, great fitness room, pool, lots of entertainment nearby. But, upon our arrival we found a dirty diaper under our bed! The front desk person we talked to just kind of laughed it off, but offered nothing in way of even an apology. I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of action.
Stayed here for my 50th birthday with my hubby & son, SUPERB! Complimentary breakfast in the Falls View restaurant, our room on the 16th floor was perfect & overlooked the superb falls! Would totally recommend xx
