This has turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I get here and am told at the desk that the room had 2 beds, which was requested, only to get to the room that is about a 2 block wall from the elevator. No asked to assist with our luggage. Find out that there is only 1 bed. They move us to another room closer to the elevator with 2 beds and we think it's all good now only to find out later in the evening around 11pm that they put us in the middle of a hockey team. Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price. Many amenities and walking distance to the Falls. Staff provided excellent service and was exceptionally pleasant!
I spend 3 night it was wow room very big bed very comfortable best room service it is the best .
I have never been at this hotel before but this weekend was an amazing weekend the hotel was nice the pool was nice the food was excellent I definitely will go back to this hotel again two thumbs up
Overall very happy. Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. 2 great restaurants on site and nice indoor pool. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the "hot tub" water were very dirty with brown foam. The shark tank was sad and pointless. Walkway to casino was nice. Overall a pleasant stay
Perfect place to stay if your going to Niagra! Restaurants adjacent to lobby. This is the place to stay in Lincoln! Swimming, whirlpool, small game room. Rooms are good size (suites available too for bigger families). It's only a quick walk to see Niagra (American side). Walk to the border and short cab ride to see the Canadian side! Casino across the street, and lots of attractions in Canada! Staff is friendly and pleasant. Definitely would/will recommend it! ~Myra
Place was nice , staff was very friendly but just don't go on the week kids are off school if you want to relax.

Here for Hockey Tournament for our 7 & 8 yr olds- Excellent choice for bringing the kids! Has in hotel Arcade, 2 awesome restaurants (TGIF and Rainforest Cafe), Starbucks, awesome large pool & hot tub for the kids.... window lobby for parents to hang out as kids are on the pool! Underground access to Cascino and restaurants across the street! Clean, comfortable rooms with frig, microwave and safe in closet.
