My boyfriend took me here for my birthday day. Our stay was wonderful the hotel staff sent me truffles, cheesecake and wine it was a very nice gift. Our server at fridays was really great and so was the food. The arcade was really fun and the pool was gorgeous. I'm glad I stayed here for my birthday and not somewhere else. Thank you to all the staff that helped make my birthday special!!
We had Fabulous stay at this property .. And after spending hours in the que .. and getting drenched at the falls .. and getting slapped by water from the falls .. even if u spend half an hour at the hydro spa .. you are rejuvenated for the whole week .. I totally recommend it .. great club lounge .. friendly staff .. must stay
Amazing location with a great staff. This hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It is beautiful and clean. The hotel even sent us a special gift for our anniversary!!!!! We will stay there again with our kids.
Outstanding people skills, knows exactly how to take care of their guess. Overall I give you 5 stars. In addition I must mention SIMONE in the therapy and massage department. Such an impressive, knowledgeable, caring young lady. Thank you very much for taking care of my grandson and I.
Dtayed here as part of a conference. FABULOUS service from beginning to end. Jacob at the front desk is fantastic, Ashley in TGI Friday's was wonderful, everyone on staff seems to go out of their way to be of assistance. If I'm ever back in Niagara Falls, I'll be back.
Absolutely perfect location for our family. 3 boys, 16, 11 and 3. The convenience of the restaurants and arcade being inside the hotel were a big plus. Also the pool area! Walking distance to the falls and the Aquarium. My family absolutely loved our stay here. I only wish I would have gotten the name of the young man who checked us in and out, so friendly! We are attending a conference and the staff at the Sheraton has been amazingly helpful. They found us a space for our party, set up the tables and even brought us ice and extra chairs. Great customer service delivered with a smile. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.
I didn't like the fact that for the price paid, there wasn't even toothbrushes or paste. Other than that it was ok.
