I had a good experience at the hotel, nice food, great front desk and friendly housekeeping staff.
First time here. Very nice hotel! Clean room, pool, hot tubs, restaurants.The staff went above and beyond! We couldn't be happier
We had a wonderful stay for our 10th anniversary. After mentioning why we were visiting, the concierge had cheesecake, wine on ice, and glasses waiting for us with a note. The staff were ridiculously helpful and aimed to please. We will absolutely come stay again.
Nice and clean. The bed was real comfortable. We will be staying there again next year.
Let me start by saying we found the staff nice and the concierge very helpful. Susan was very sweet and after giving us great tips and directions she asked our names and we mentioned were there celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we got back to our room that night we had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us! A lovely surprise! View totally amazing food nothing to write home about just a normal buffet nothing spectacular staff seemed nice
Nice hotel other than some one taking my umbrella 🌂 and not saying I left something in a room that I switched out of it's was a great stay over all . Just keep an eye out on that buffet in TGIF people do funny things when your not looking but the staff was right on top of it! Thanks Sheraton!
We book for our honey moon and service it's great really clean, costumer service is amazing and the location it's great 5 mins walk to the falls and just across the street it's the casino and buffet !!
I was over charged for my room... Security fee not returned ... Some Hindu lady, was fully bathing in a bathroom in the lobby The tour they offered in the lobby fully double charged me, 600 for a tour!!! And then act as if I should be grateful for the refund of basically stolen monies
