We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly. It was very pet friendly and they made us and our fluffy fella feel welcome and at home. This was the first hotel we have stayed at that was not gross and was pet friendly. The night before we had stayed in a "pet friendly" hotel in rural PA that was dirty, do staying here was a warm welcome especially when I was reading the facebook reviews while waiting for my husband to check in. My wife and I have stayed at Sheraton At The Falls before and have never had a problem. This time, however, was the exact opposite. I made our reservation over the phone and that was painless. The problems began upon arrival. While the check-in clerk was very friendly, the problems began as soon as we stepped off of the elevator. The hallway lights were extremely dim, giving off a dingy, almost horror movie-like vibe. Then we entered the room. we are truly enjoying our stay here..it is close to all the attractions..several places to eat inside the hotel..the room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It was our anniversary and what a nice surprise to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered truffles waiting in room from the staff at the Sheraton. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to others.

My husband and I had checked into the front desk and during conversation it came up we were here on our honeymoon. We received 2 complimentary passes to the hydro Spa and passes for drinks at Fridays or Rain Forest Cafe. We went to our room to change and went out for dinner. When we had retured to our room were we have a bottle of champagne, 2 glasses and 2 slices of cheesecake along with a note on a congratulations on our wedding and thanking us for chosen then for our speical life day. My wife and I got the wedding anniversary package and it was phenomenal! They really take care of you there. Perfect spot in downtown Niagara Falls. We gotta bottle of wine and glasses from there for free. We got vouchers for the casino. We got a free buffet breakfast. Happy hour was free drinks and food. Awesome hot tub and pool. The hydrospa is therapeutic. And not to mention Starbucks coffee and cups in your room! Definitely worth it!
Staff was amazing, room was clean, amenities were great for all ages. It was a vacation within itself. Very nice and will return.
Really enjoyed our hotel stay. Easy check in check out process, nice pool area. My family will definitely be staying here again
Clean, most comfortable bed ever, close to the Falls and Niagara University, and a great hotel!
