So love this hotel! My suite was just so clean and I always had extra towels every day. The pool was beautiful my 10 year old daughter loved it! It is within walking distance of all of the Usa side attractions! Also loved the hydospa! After all the hiking in niagara falls at night you can just relax and rewind. The breakfast was good also.Highly recommend! Will definately be staying here again!
What a customer service & room full of bugs!!!!Found Bed Bugs in room and we called room service/ front desk. Night duty manager so generous that he said he cannot do anything and just leave the hotel. Wow 4:00 in the morning, manager want us to leave the hotel as he cannot do anything, no staff available, rudeness is the key point here to speak to customer. Amazing place - very kid friendly! Rainforest Cafe, T.G.I Fridays, Starbucks in hotel and aquarium with sharks right by the pool..... ITS A MUST TO STAY!
Kids loved the pool. Close walk to Canada. Great people at front desk. If a bfast was included I'd give it a 5.
Great place to stay! Kofi, at the front desk was great! Made check-in easy. And even had wine sent to our room after he found out we were on a honeymoon! :)
By far the best Motel I've ever Stayed at. Thanks for The Upgrade. It was fabulous. Everything convenient. Loved TGIF and Rainforest. Shark tank was cool by the poo
Room was filthy, asked to have it cleaned while we ate dinner and it was not. Stayed in many hotels would rather use the Super 8 a few blocks over. Aside from the view hotel is not worth the parking fee it takes to stay there.
Wonderful staying: very comfortable room, nice staff and so close to the falls you can almost hear them...!!!
