Nice and clean hotel . Location was great and 10 min walk to the Falls . Friendly staff . Pool and jacuzzi was nice to relax . We had a great time .
My husband booked over the phone very nice. VIP 6th Floor, disappointed with Breakfast. Room was nice . Happy hour once fruit was gone, no more was brought out..
We had a great honeymoon thanks to the wonderful staff (mainly Roxanne from the front desk!) We could not have asked for a better experience than we were given. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend unforgettable! We will not forget what you've done for us and can't wait to visit again!
Our favorite place to stay, nice staff, clean rooms, new amenities are great, convience with starbucks fridays and rainforest cafe within hotel and a tunnel too the casino..we always return...!
The hotel was very good experience for it being my first time in Niagara falls I love the location and that it was close to everything that I wanted to see.The staff at the hotel was excellent, I would stay here again when I vacation love the hotel.
I would have given a 5 the place was so nice and smelled amazing! The pool was so nice my 3 year old loves swimming! loved having the restaurants close! But I accidentally left a bathing suit cover up hanging in the closet to dry and when I called twice they didn't have it! So where did it go just disappeared? I find it hard to believe no one found it! Really need to rethink your lost and found! I just love to know what they did with it!!
