The staff was great. The pool was my sons favorite part of the trip. The fitness center was nice and the restaurants on site a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very bad customer service from front desk staff. So disappointed I think they should be trained on how to properly deal with clients questions.

Great place to stay, restaurants inside are pricey, but 15 minutes outside of the area there's plenty of restaurants. The falls are in good walking blocks. Can't wait to come back!!
My family and I who are 5 people all together won a 2 night stay package and it was one of the best times we have had. The hotel and restaurants staff are all very friendly and accommodating. This is our second time here and would be glad to come back!
Best stay at hotel rooms are very good. Housekeeping is awesome, service at desk by Andrew was amazing and very good. I forgot the girl name who was at spg she is also very efficient at her work. Breakfast at TGIF is good there services are very good. Keep it up guys. I really suggest everyone to visit this hotel nice and just next to the falls.
We have stayed there twice & had a fabulous experience both times! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are beautiful, beds are comfy & the pool area is awesome! Love the hot tubs!!! We will definitely stay there any time we are in the area!
This place is a scam! The hotel puts your info at risk. They are rude unless you are a paying patron of the hotel being a guest in their starbucks is not considered a customer. By sheraton hotels or starbucks. DO NOT enter in any promotions or giveaways they do not secure your info...The hydro spa getaway was a marketing scam to collect info and not protect it. You scam tourists everyday...u got me!
Staff was wonderful. They delivered cheesecake and wine for my birthday! Very clean and nice. They let us check in early and free parking! Restaraunts on site was a big A+!
