Very family friendly place. The room was clean the staff was great. The pool was large and my kids loved it. The 2 restaurants on site were great dinning options and the staff at rainforest was awesome. We were even close enough to walk to the falls and local attractions. We will def be returning.

the room was not what was advertised,the staff rude and unprofessional the pool was warm n clean though and there were 2 nice size hottubs
Update: So apparently the person I spoke with at check out was the manager who did nothing to rectify my experience. Sent an email to the GM and never even received a courtesy response. Spent $150 USD for a disgusting room that I didn’t even dare bathe my toddler in. Wish I did my homework before booking at Sheraton at the Falls. Wonderful. Comfy room, microwave and fridge included. Friendly staff. Great 'Reef' pool/fitness area. 2 Restaurants: TGI Fridays And Rainforest Cafe. We loved it.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The pool is amazing and the location is amazing as well. It's walking distance to the Falls and casino.
Simone & Anna at the front desk were absolutely amazing, I've stayed at 5 star resorts & didn't receive service as wonderful as they provided. Delphine or Delphina ( I'm not sure the spelling of her name but she was an SPG attendant) also went above and beyond to make our stay great! Based one just those 3 staff members alone, I would 100% without a doubt come back as well as recommend this hotel. ����� Service from Simone, Delphina & Anna. Thank you ladies for everything.

I loved our visit on New Year's Eve. Everything was indoors or within walking distance. Perfect for a family getaway with lil ones �
