Everything about this hotel is excellent! The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly and you never have to hunt someone down, the Spa is relaxing, having Starbucks and TGIFridays and Rainforest Cafe in the building was convenient, free parking is great, we loved seeing everyone's dogs around, it was quiet despite being super busy, being across the street from the casino was awesome, the neighborhood was pleasant, and being within walking distance of everything from the falls to the aquarium was benefic... read more

To be clear, I didn't stay in the hotel, but we did eat at the Rainforest Cafe. Per their website, wednesday is family fun night, where children dine free, get an arcade card, and a balloon animal. I inquired with the hostess about why the kids meals weren't removed from our bill and she said "Oh, we don't do that anymore" I advised that that website still promotes it. Her response was "Oh-well, I don't look at the website". I said that maybe her management would like to correct it. She said that she could still give me the ... read more
It was our anniversary weekend and when we walked into our room there was chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine with a note to us! Perfect hospitality!!
