Recommendedamazing hotel. highly recommend it, just book it with breakfast included and free parking. other than that it is a great hotel.

It was a great hotel, loved the fitness centre and the swimming pool!
My daughter and I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton and the hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The pool was relaxing and the hot tub along with the spa which you get a coupon book when you check in so with the discount the spa is a must for some extra relaxation. Small little weight room with some free weights and exercise machines and Casino right across the street. We did not stay at the hotel, but we ate at the Rainforest Cafe. 2 of the 3 things we ordered were "out of stock". Restaurant is not as clean as you would expect for a Rainforest. Service is extremely slow and it wasn't busy. Probably won't be back. For what they charge, I expect more.
I only gave a 2 because the place was clean. Disappointed that the room was nothing like pictures. Thus it was ok though. The rate was my opinion very high for location. So many kids so most times of the 2 big hot tubs only 1 is being used the other had very rusted handrail and was 15-20 kids in it. Should have adults only one maybe. 1am alarm goes off so entire hotel evacuated standing on street for an hour. Some rooms damaged from water. Worst stay for our family. Just was there last night. Stayed in a “ so called suite” the only thing we liked was the 2 room part. Old room... felt dirty... no vanity to sit down at ... for 4 of us trying to use only one bathroom and no vanity that was hard. Kids had bunk beds and were so excited but got up saying the beds were uncomfortable and there was a small crawling bug in the master bed... creeped me out! I couldn’t wait to get up and leave.
