The hotel has potential but was dirty and management is non existent. The room had mysterious stains on tje floor and up the dresser. Also, there was no club floor available, so they gave vouchers to the restaurant. The restaurant workers had no idea what to do with the vouchers and were very rude about it. My stay was over 10 days ago, and I have not heard a reply from management. We will stay elsewhere in Niagara Falls next time.
I was speaking to a lovely lady who got me a great rate .. we started taking down my Info so I could book it for my sons 3rd bday his bday is nye we were so excited and were going to invite more ppl... however we got disconnected .. no supervisor would help me I called 2 times to get the same rate and finish my booking and got zero help. I will never use this hotel ! Thanks again for the awesome bday gift to my son!
I enjoyed our stay here! A wonderful hotel to stay in, everyone was excellent and was very friendly and helpful. Please fix insulation tho! We could hear our neighbors unfortunately. We will definitely choose this hotel again if in the area. As long as we are around quiet people!

Never stay at the Sheraton in Niagara Falls on the US side. It is dirty and the restaurants are horrible and the workers Aren’t any better. The area is a dump. Stay away from this place and the area I would Never stay there again
great place to stat, beds are very comfy, romantic place for married or boyfriend/girlfriends couples, lots of things to do there, and much relaxation there. I love this place!!!
