Dirty room! And even the bedsheets are smelly! Not worth to pay!
We are a group of tourists from Road Scholars Travel Agency, mid August 2018. There are 51 of us plus 3 tourist guide, one has Ph.D. In History Degree. We stayed in this hotel for 8 days. They served us breakfast everyday and dinner when we are not schedule dinner out in Niagara Falls Canadian side. The hotel service was great. The amenities are modern and family friendly. I like the room, it’s spacious and big compared most European hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful, some has a good sense of humor.
Have to say bed was dirty asked for sheets to be changed and they changed the top one .not the dirty valance as well. The massimo’s Italian restaurant was absolutely horrid. My starter was absolutely terrible... greasy and the calmori was like rubber would not recommend to others this was the last part of my stay New York hotel was excellent so was Toronto.
walls are pretty thin heard a crying baby next door most of the night!

My bf and I did a 2 night stay! We had a great time - not the most romantic due to it being a family friendly hotel but you can definitely make it romantic if you wanted to! The front desk hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and had everything we needed! Definitely recommend! We also loved the passage way to the casino, very convenient!
