Recommendedwonderful overnight staycation for us locals. Coral Reef swimming pool was immaculate. staff was first class. excellent meal next door at Fridays. we hope to be back soon!
Had a great experience today at the Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Falls, NY. Food was great and service was amazing. Manager really went out of his way to make this a memorable experience. Amazing!!! Thanks again!
We had 2 connecting rooms. For my daughters 13th bday. We had 3 of her friends come down with us. When we revived our rooms the girls toilet was covered in black pubic hair. 3 calls to guest services and they assured us someone would be right over each time and not one house keeper came to clean our rooms. I’m a Hilton guy. Never a bad experience there. Do not stay at the Sheraton!
The Spa was great and the pool looked great.
Great rooms and staff! Everything is right there so you don’t have to leave the hotel. The only thing I would recommend against, is eating at TJI Fridays; it’s disgusting. I think Sheraton should hold that restaurant to a higher standard. But everything else was a wonderful experience.
The booking process for staying at the hotel for a hockey tournament has been beyond frustrating. No one knows what they’re doing, no one returns phone calls, a link for online booking doesn’t work.... Then when someone finally knows how make a reservation under the block of rooms, the room I need is unavailable, and I’m paying a higher rate than if I booked as a regular paying customer. Simply unacceptable. Never again.
Valet dont care and rooms are old
We really excellent customer service while we stayed there jan 24-26. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Anniversary getaway and they threw in a few extra's for us. We enjoyed a bit of realaxtion in the hydra spa. Nice little added bo us in our stay. Easy access to Seneca casino as well. Can take tunnel and no need to worry about a jacket.
I was so disappointed with the NO help I got from the parking lot. My car was buried in snow my right hand is broken and your front desk clerk told me we will give you a shovel to shovel the snow. really that is so disrespectful a few years ago I probably would of slapped her. I don't care that the city Owens that lot I'm stay with you guys and you should care about your customers. Will I stay there again probably not will I recommend you I don't know I leaning more to NOT.
