Booked 110 rooms for a hockey tournament, would not allow for an hour later checkout, also one family was moved due to gnats in their room to a room that had bed bugs so they left entirely. Had a couple female “street workers” in lobby Friday night, security and staff did nothing to remove them, try explaining that to ten year olds. I will never stay at a Sheraton again, plenty of other options up there, amenities at hotel (starbucks, tgif, rain forest cafe) all slow and overpriced.

I like the Architecture & the Service. Friendly staff
The hotel was great. We loved the amenities! Our only complaint was at TGI Fridays. The service was ok but our meals were terrible. Overpriced and small portions. Broccoli was brown and steaks were burnt on edges. If you go don't plan on eating at the hotel. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
It would be a great hotel if they acted in a timely manner to correct their mistakes. I have a billing issue that should have been resolved last week but the billing manager Melissa Zacker is never available so what can you do. I am sure that she would not appreciate the service she and her coworkers have given me. But then again you never know. I will never stay at that hotel again!
