Rooms are very spacious
Everything you need for yourself or family is attached to the Sheraton. Spa, Arcade, Pool, Gym, TGIF, Casino, Centrally located.
Great place location to the falls. Everything was great but those pillows need some help. But everything all good.

Great beds, enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Avoid the arcade and restaurants- do not get TGIF breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.
Booking was a nightmare, it took forever to secure a room because their phones kept disconnecting and they refused to call back. In addition rates were not given to me until I explicitly asked. Once we arrived we noticed the hotel was dated, carpets/walls were stained, some of the doors to the room didn't even match. The walls were thin enough to prevent any semblance I'd privacy or ability to get a good night's sleep. Great visit , staff was courteous and the location was convenient to city sightseeing!! Enjoyed lunch at The Rainforest Cafe !!
Had a relaxing stay. Good breakfast buffet, great amenities
I thought it was more comfortable than clean. But it was not a friendly place for the employees. I felt a lot of annoyance.
